Orange Telecom Soon in Kuwait ?

iv heard that Orange Telecom will open in kuwait and got some news of a fellow blogger the 5th avenue that it will launch in 2010 .. im not sure of the news though but that what i got from him ..
Orange, Kuwait (formerly Hits Telecom) is chasing a deadline to launch GSM services in the country by the end of March, with an optimistic launch date set for the middle of that month
Orange kuwait will be the fourth mobile operator in the country, which counted fewer than 1.5 million subscribers at the end of September 2010, representing a mobile penetration rate of 25 per Fills
The company will be targeting at least two million subscribers in the next three years
The Numbers will be for example like 33-5555XX

Not that it would bother me, bas the problem is i’ve noticed signal and “thaq6″ problems in all carriers since viva was launched

This is a good reason now why Al kharafi wanted to sell Zain, coz seems like Zain can not handle it anymore in Kuwait or even in Africa.
We need like 6 companies in Kuwait 3lshan el dgeega t9eer like 0.0001 fils :>

Not true ..
The government did not give them the permission to open a new telecom operator.
but, it is good to have many telcom companies here .. alrekhe9 zain :)

This is something that happen in Uganda, and not something in Kuwait.
U need to check with your source about the veracity of this news. The MOC has to approve a license before anyone can start offering services in Kuwait.
